A Bilingual Future

We have taken the ground-breaking step in adopting Dyfodol Dwyieithog (A Bilingual Future) as a 6th key theme in our Community Strategy.

Withoubt a doubt, Ceredigion is one of the most important heartlands of the Welsh language and of bilingual communities.

Individuals and organisations from all sectors play a vital role in promoting the status of the Welsh language and in seeking to sustain its use in all aspects of life.

Under the banner of Dyfodol Dwyieithog we will be consulting widely on ideas and activities that will support the good work being done already together with identifying how to build further on these activities.

We will begin this process in December 2008.
