Children and Young PeopleChildren and Young People are extremely important to the people of Ceredigion, and to those who organise and provide services for them. In order to plan services efficiently for Children and Young People, the agencies in Ceredigion get together in a number of statutory partnerships. The main partnership with overarching responsibility is the Ceredigion Children and Young People's Framework Partnership who work to the following agreed Vision Statement We will work together to improve opportunities for all children, young people and families to enjoy life, learn, thrive, and grow into healthy, confident and capable citizens. The purpose of this website is to provide detailed information for those that are interested in the function and plans of the three partnerships, as well as to provide information on other important plans and strategies that aim to deliver coordinated services for Children and Young People. The Cymorth plan aims to deliver targeted preventative services and the National Service Framework for Children, Young People and Maternity Services sets standards for a number of services delivered to Children and Young People.
