Ceredigion for All - Single Integrated Plan

Welcome to Ceredigion for All - the Single Integrated Plan for Ceredigion

pdficon.gif icon Ceredigion for All [2.1Mb] is the first Single Integrated Plan for Ceredigion.

'Ceredigion for All' has been developed by the Ceredigion Local Service Board, whose core members include senior representatives of the County Council, Dyfed Powys Police, Hywel Dda Local Health Board, Ceredigion Association of Voluntary Organisations and the Welsh Government.

The plan illustrates the commitment of partner organisations to working together to make a difference to the lives of Ceredigion's citizens and focusses on those issues and challenges that need to be tackled jointly, based on the needs identified in the recent pdficon.gif icon Single Needs Assessment [701kb].

Why are we doing it?

In June 2012, Welsh Government published guidance on integrating partnerships and plans. The new guidance is titled pdficon.gif icon Shared Purpose – Shared Delivery [335kb]. It replaces the Community Strategy, the Health, Social Care and Well-being Strategy, the Children and Young People's Plan and the Community Safety Plan.

What is it?

'Ceredigion for All' is the Single Integrated Plan for Ceredigion which is a document that sets out the key issues and actions for the Ceredigion Local Service Board to tackle over the next 4 years with the aim of improving the lives of Ceredigion's citizens.

How is it prepared?

This Single Integrated Plan was prepared after reviewing and analysing data from a wide range of sources, as well as information from the four statutory plans, to create a 'Single Needs Assessment'. This information was used to highlight the main issues for Ceredigion and to identify priorities for the LSB to tackle over the coming years.

What is in it?

The LSB identified the following guiding principles which should run through the Single Integrated Plan and the delivery of its priority actions.

  • Working Together
  • Tackling Inequalities
  • Access to Services
  • Early Interventions
  • Bilingualism
  • Resilience to Risk

Using these guiding principles and the findings of the Needs Assessment, Ceredigion LSB has selected 3 themes to concentrate on in the coming years:

· Supporting Families

· Independent Living

· Economy and Place
